The Uplifter Certification and Level Path
For those who want to take their learning further, the Uplifter Certification is a system of recognition — a way to mark real progress and readiness. The path includes nine levels:

About Björn
Björn Carlsson is an exceptionally experienced leader, educator, and learning architect with more than 30 years of international work across industries — including aerospace, automotive, food supply, life sciences, IT, public sector development, and, most of all, education. His work spans cultures, disciplines, and systems, always with one clear focus: helping people grow by integrating learning into daily and professional life — making it faster, better, and more enjoyable.
In addition to his work in education and leadership, Björn is also a composer, visual artist, and published author. He brings a unique creative perspective to learning design, blending structure with imagination and clarity with movement.
Björn has worked extensively across cultures, professions, and learning traditions. His experience spans real-world complexity — across industries, national borders, and ways of thinking — always with a focus on making learning concrete, relevant, and lasting, and grounded in cultural understanding and cross-cultural respect.
